I agree with both of the others, the CommonNotes macro is an awesome tool. Kudos to Lenny for making it available for all to use. Keep up the great work here Alex!

Steve, you beat me to the punch, man! :) I've been using CommonNotes for years. It really should be made a standard part of SW.

Good post! This works well. Another method that I use is an awesome macro from Lenny Kikstra at http://www.lennyworks.com/solidworks/ ">http://www.lennyworks.com/solidworks/ called "Common Notes" It takes a little time to set up (not unlike the time required to add notes to a Note Library) and then it uses a very nice dialog box interface to use. Check it out....
